This class is hosted by Blade Method Fitness in conjunction with STARR Concepts. Â You can register here, through the gym or Starr Concepts. This is not your average self defense class! We do not teach "stand & fight" your assailant. Â This is about down & dirty, get out of a bad situation & survive! Â The moves are designed to be remembered & used effectively. Â The topics of this class are adult matter & we will be instructing on how to get out of rape positions. Cost: $70.00
