This is not your average self defense class! We do not teach "stand & fight" your assailant.  This is about down & dirty, get out of a bad situation & survive!  The moves are designed to be remembered & used effectively.  The topics of this class are adult matter & we will be instructing on how to get out of rape positions.  We will also be covering situational awareness and how to be an undesirable target to the criminal.  Our goal is to give you the proper mindset and tools to prevent this situation from ever occurring in the first place, but if it does, how to get out of it and SURVIVE!  This class is not designed to injure you so it is not intense at all.  Reality based training for WOMEN by WOMEN!  Cost: $55.00
